1 year probation

I'm curious to know how old you are if you don't mind me asking.

well i got tested every week at the start of my probation so thats why i said that

i guess if your getting tested monthly then you have no excuses for some THC...

quitting weed is not an option for me, im on probation and i smoke every day except for the 48 hours before my UAs every 2 weeks.

i was put on a year of probation for conspiracy to sell marijuana (a quarter oz). i was never found to be in possession of marijuana, someone called me and ordered a quad and told the cops about it, i agreed to make the deal on the phone and that was apparently evidence enough for conspiracy.... great to see their busting the college kids selling eighths and quarters!

so they really gave me a break. i failed the first few UAs and nothing happened, the minneapolis probation system is SOOOOO BAD i cant even explain it, they cannot even begin to keep track of all of us here so they give a ton of breaks because we meet with the P.O. as a group every 60-90 days. its a cakewalk, i just keep smoking, if i quit id probably be off probation but i choose to smoke

OK.....here's a word from someone who actually does have a medical condition called "shy bladder symdrom". In my case....It was horrible trying to do an observe UA. I had to talk to my dr about getting meds that would help ease the problem some. There was a time before I got my meds I thought being sent to the lab would be easier. I didn't think it would be observed, but when I got there I was advised that since it was for probation they had to observe me. So in other words...just because you get sent to the lab for a PO UA doesn't mean you still won't be observed. The only difference was that it costed me out of pocket for lab test done off site and it was free when I did it at the probation office.

Thanks for all the info guys. Its been 2 days since I've been on probation and I haven't heard from my PO yet. I don't know how much longer I can go without smoking. Hopefully my PO is a cool guy
