I don't know about indoor grows as much as i do about outdoor, but i had 5 females that i harvest in oct & it was Big Buddha Cheese Fenmized.I had 3 plants that was 9 foot to 11 foot & i got 2 1/2 pds dry buds when it was cured. It was my best grow as far as getting away with it form the theives & cops.I never seen a 1lb plant personally but i have heard of them.As far as my indoor grow i'd be happy to get 10 to 12 ounces of my 4 female plants lol,so i got my fingers crossed.

from your little sketch it looks like your too worried about intake and not worried enough about exhaust.
in my cabinet, which was like 15dx21wx35h, i used my sunleaves 250 pulsar mini. in that light the ballast and reflector are all one unit so i was dealing with more heat than something with a remote ballast. your space is roughly twice as tall as mine was. I use a small squirrel cage fan but i still had temp issues, once my exhaust timer got messed up and the cabinet got up to 112 degrees!
my advice is to spend good money on an exhaust fan and use passive intake. right now i bet your blowing more air into the cabinet than you are removing....

Why not just use the fruit cellar? I don't see why you are growing in a cabinet with all that good room down below. It's always 56 degrees underground and easy to maintain temps etc. I would blow out that cellar and go to town.
