I run my own dispensary...any time I need it I dispence it to myself:D:hippy: ....its only a closet away:thumbsup:
I am a patient, with card and papers. I don't have a source and my garden (which is legal) isn't mature yet. Is there any legal, or semi-legal way, to get my hands on medication, be it pay or donation? Thanks.
Might a loophole be that, since there are so many strains, one person lets another person try a specific strain to see if its better for a particular purpose? I dunno, just a thought...
I could point you to a caretaker that has an opening. Where did you get your documentation/'card'?
I still get wierded out when someone says that they have a "card" in WA. No cards are issued in WA, you need your documentation.
I'm not sure if cards are a new thing, or just something that the THCF is starting to do so we don't have to carry paperwork around everywhere. Anyway, yeah, I have the documentation, too...got it from the foundation location in Bellevue.
THCF founder paul stanford is attempting to get us all on a registration program(like sex-offenders), without the vote of we the people or legislation being voted on in the senate or the house. THCF is not the only one's doing this bogus card idea. It is a flawed business plan called doc in the box. My regular doctor who signed my authorization doesn't give me a card, only the doc in the boxes give these out.
No one has voted or seen any legislation for this, correct? Ever wonder why?
It wouldn't surprise me to see Washington pass a registration card law. Hope they don't.
A card could violate the doctor-patient relationship by giving access to those who don't really need to know your condition(s). Especially in a state data base. We all know they can't protect their data bases and they also sell them. Bad, bad idea in my opinion. No privacy. The authorization should be recognized and LEO be on his way with a small sample. A forged authorization doesn't have the necessary appended and attached paperwork, and you need to confirm your identity with proper ID. :D
I totally agree gypski. Our constitutional regime of privacy here in Wa. under article 1 section 7 is why our legislature never did set up a registry system in the first place. Just because LEO and the executive branch continue to manifest untenable ambiguous arguments does not give rise to a card registry system.Quote:

A forged authorization is obvious if the signed Dr. never did sign or the patients medical records do not exist.
hey i was wondering if you could help me out and educate me on medical marijuana in washington, the laws on this seem so vague... i am a fellow washougalian! lolQuote:
