What is that even supposed to mean? The federal government has declared all marijuana illegal, even for people dying of cancer using it medicinally. The federal law is very clear on weed being prohibited in every form.

legalize it
What is that even supposed to mean?
What do you mean? He's stating that he read somewhere that it is legal to smoke on Federal grounds. There's a big difference between Federal grounds and religous grounds. I don't know anything about that law and I agree that it probably isn't true and maybe exagerated, but I'm not sure I guess I'd have to read up on it.
Well, the original post said "In 1993 the U.S. Congress passed the (42 U.S.C. ยง 2000bb(a)) Religious Freedom and Restoration Act which allows for the religious use of marijuana on federal grounds; during the course of a religious ceremony." This means that whatever legal form of smoking pot this guy is advocating is based on religion somehow, but I'm not sure how we're supposed to claim our use is protected on these religious/federal grounds. It doesn't sound like it would hold up in any court.
Yeah I know what your saying. I'm just saying that holding a religous ceremony on Federal grounds doesn't make it a place of worship. It's kind of like having your birthday party at Chuckie Cheese's lol.
I cant belive people had to ask where is the liberty bell, especially that one kid who said he thought it was in philli. Yeah he was right but the fact that he said Belive. Its the fucking liberty bell, what are you shitheads learning in school?
Oh I get it. Federal grounds as in federal land, not as in a justification based on federal law. But yeah, that's not going to hold up in court either.
Y'all never heard of NJWeedman and Duff's protest at the liberty bell?
They did get arrested btw, only them, not the rest of the people toking there. I don't know the outcome of the case, whether it's pending or a ruling has been made, but the whole protest was based on that law.
Well, we won, and here's all the court papers and even links to the videos of the protests. smokeout
They searched the black man twice, and didn't touch the white guy, and we smoked the ame joint.
Here's video of the first protest: POT-TV: Pot TV News for December 29th, 2003
Now I own a Medical Marijuana clinic in California, and it's so nice to be adult about the herb, but the feds raided me a couple of weeks ago and just robbed me, no arrest, real nice of them.
Peace
My hero as well.
