If you're staying with the MG soil, may I suggest adding some perlite and fine dolomite lime to it when you transplant...Quote:

Steve, I think ya got a bit of magnesium deficiency going on there, not nute burn: Revised: The Complete Guide To Sick Plants,pH and Pest Troubles - PlanetGanja.com
she's 50% Cinderella 99, which has been called a 'magnesium hog' before ... I never found that to be necessarily so, but it's something to think about ... but, don't go too wild with anything to remedy it, she tends to be a light-to-medium feeder, in my experience ...
This is not advice...it's just what I do...:D
I add a pinch of epsom salt, mixed with every water. Seedling to Harvest. (I think white widow is a "mag hog", too).
Here is week 3 pics... gonna have to raise the lights again, the ultra haze is gonna be another monster. I got some cal-mag ordered up... it should be here Monday or Tuesday. I have started feeding with Shultz liquid ferts.. 14 drops per gallon.
Just for grinns... does molassas have magnesium in it??
anyway, I will post another set of pics in a week.:D
BTW... I also FIM'ed the ultra haze and the larger of the two NCDG.
Hopefullythe cal-mag takes the edge off...I just looked at a bottle of Plantation Blackstrap Molasses and it lists the Magnesium at 8% per Tbsp based on a 2000 calorie diet for us...Good luck Mississippi...

Interesting light setup. I'll watch this.
crabby :stoned:
OK...got the cal-mag equivelant from Home Depot.. they call it "garden lime". Transplanted my babies, after adding the garden lime to the MG potting soil(without moisture control), and added Superthrive to the watering mix along with Shultz liquid. Marked improvement overnight.. was worried I was gonna lose the smaller of the 2 NCDG. Anyway.... The temperature in their crib runs between 75 and 80 degrees when the lights are on.
First pic is the larger of the 2 NCDG plants.
Second is the one I thought I was gonna lose.:(
third pic is the Ultra Haze... its really happy under lights.
the 4th pic is all 3 of them in their crib :D
I hope the puny one looks a lot better next week
