Thanks to jeffman and killerweed420 for your help.

I did find 1 guy that failed with qf 4.0 and he even posted the letter from the testing agency (on marijuana.com forum), but he was in Canada and a guy name lew scannon said that the testing was not legal in the US.

I just ordered my QF 4.2. Does the QF already come in the bottle with the temp strip on it? Also was there a tech outside of the door and do they tell you not to flush the toilet?

hey jeff i was just wondering if you had ever used QF formula 5.7. Ive had it about a year now and just now breaking it out for a lovely DT.
