Looking real good , how was the smoke on the last grow my man?
yikes how did this sneak past me.
plants are looking healthy and beautiful. 16 weeks flower? we're in for quite a ride :rastasmoke:
good luck bro I'll be watching
Dang, anbesol, you know how to work that guilt, my friend! I'm hangin' my head right now. But really, I don't know what I'm going to do from 1 second to the next, so I didn't know I was going to start a new log until right before I did. Now, when are we going to put that blunt together with Bomb? I'm about ready to start it up, what with it finally being the end of the week! I hope you have an awesomely fantastic weekend, my friend!Quote:

And, the bagbeans are looking mighty sporty these days with all of their preflowers. I have even spied a few calyxes with pistils poking out - strangely enough, the pistils are already dried to hairs?Quote:

But, I can't wait to have more variety!
Thanks for stopping in, my friend! Be good out there!
bomb! Dude, it's good to see you again! Yeah, I'm pretty quick and spry when I wanna be - the jump suit is a bit restrictive, but what are you gonna do, eh? Thanks for the compliments on the ladies (keeping fingers crossed for the pedigreed beans). I need to check in on your Bubblelicious, as you are the resident expert now! I hope all's well with you and yours - we need to get that spliff together with anbesol, eh? Have a great weekend, my friend!Quote:

The side shot of the pedigreed beans (Bubblelicious, PPP, and Red Colombian Haze - from left to right) shows how I accidentally burned up a few fan leaves over fertilizing (I had to look back at anbesol's prior message to make myself feel more guilty about my error). I flushed them pretty darn well, so they shouldn't have any more problems. I am going to be better from here on out. Sometimes I just get a bit anxious to see more rapid growth.
The bagbeans are growing like weeds! I have tried to include a couple of closeups of the bud development. The first bud shot is of the left plant, where the bud is currently growing sideways due to a serious 2nd lst I put on her - she was crazy out of control! The 2d upclose shot is of the right plant, and shows some calyxes and pistils if you look really close. I'll round out the group with a shot of the left and right plants, in that order.
I hope everyone has a great weekend filled with plenty of smoke/vapor/edibles! Aloha
The new plants are coming along nicely......and the bagseed plants look sure to put out some nice smoke.....yeah....i think my plants are exactly 11 days older than ure pedigree beans....im gonna give a away the small one because my large plant is just taking up the whole box!
They sure are!
Lookin' mighty fine, that is. =)
Any estimation when you might be getting some pre-flowers on the dank veggies?
I'm not good at outdoor. I'mma nooby. hehe:stoned:
(squeezes out some good vibes your way)
Have a good one, and pay the kiddo's an extra visit for me in the mornin'. Be Good:jointsmile:
Jake, I am an avid reader of your threads, don't always post and do subscribe!
Answer your ?'s; Without the pers. mess. sorry I have to share here: I have come to believe I need both an outdoor and indoor set-up. Have some legal limbo going on. However, I doubt that will be a problem. I can grow anyway and am thinking I want to in my shed and buy stuff I can re-use to my indoor made grow room! Have a lot to do to my lot to build. Plus, lots one more house can go in-in this hood. Waiting to see about the view! I have a gully (I own) so it may be a good spot, on the side of the hill, where no one can see! I think you live fairly close to me! Just a guess! From reading all your threads and posts. We tend to stumble in the same grow roooms!:rastasmoke:
I like the shade of your plants.
killa, I appreciate your dropping in again, my friend! I hope these new plants do put out some nice smoke; it's strange how quickly the Mighty Freeze is disappearing, so I need some ladies to fill her shoes! It's hard to believe that your plants are only 11 days older than mine, as they are leaps and bounds ahead of mine! You have quite the bushes, and mine still look like seedlings!Quote:

BeFree, it's good to see you again, and I appreciate the compliments to the ladies! The older bagbeans are already flowering pretty good. They have some serious action on the main colas, and have some pretty dang good development elsewhere. The lst'ing is exposing some good secondary bud sites, so I feel they will produce some decent smoke. They are already larger than my Mighty Freeze was. It's interesting to me to see the different genetics of different strains firsthand.Quote:

I'm about to trot out and check on all the ladies, so I'll pass along your greetings to them. I try not to talk to them too much, as my dogs will get jealous and may end up eating them! Be good out there, my friend!
painretreat, I'm happy to see you again, and happy to hear you will have the option of growing both indoor and outdoor! Outdoor growing is almost maintenance free, except dealing with rain and insects - IMO. Both of these issues can be fairly easily addressed too, so just checking in on them every day or 2 is quite enjoyable. I'm developing a plan for an indoor setup, and will have plenty of help on design and build from family - without any help, I fear my setup wouldn't amount to much, but I'm excited as my family has some serious construction experience!Quote:

I can't wait to see your indoor and outdoor setups! Good luck along the way, and enjoy the process! Take good care out there, my friend!
anbesol! DUDE! Glad to see you up and around as much as you have been, what with having some harvested Hypno and NYCD - it has to be close to harvest, if not cut already! I know I lost track of some time after harvesting the Mighty Freeze. It's nice to kick back and enjoy the fruit of your labor. I was trying to explain the joy I get out of growing; 1/2 of my fun, at least, has nothing to do with smoking. The act of growing, of helping these plants reach their greatest potential is just really cool, and it provides me a great outlet. I never thought that I would have mj cultivation as a hobby!Quote:

The bagbeans are really doing well though - they are a very hardy and fast-growing strain. Strangely enough, they appear to be 2 different strains, even though the seeds came from the same bag. 1 of them appears to be dominant sativa, and the other really looks to be hybrid - not as broad a leaf as a dominant indica. They also have purple stems, which I am pretty certain are not from a nute deficiency, so I'm thinking they may have some purple in their blood somewhere along their genetic lineage.
Well, I'm starting to really ramble now. I should let you get back to your life. It's always a pleasure to visit with you though, my friend! I hope all's well with you and yours!
I had to share a few pictures I took the other day. I was in a location that was just filled with great opportunities for great pictures. My eye didn't catch all of them, and my photographic skills are not the strongest; but, a few of the pictures turned out ok, I think.
I always like to ease back and relax as much as possible, as work and life can sometimes speed along way too fast and stress is killer. It helps me slow down and relax by really opening my eyes and enjoying the world around me. Stopping to smell the roses along the road of life is a good thing.
I hope y'all enjoy these pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them.
