100% agreed...After quitting smoking for about two months earlier in the year I scored some killer from a buddy and after a few tokes I was so ripped, and I realized that I was breathing about five times a minute and having problems with shortness of breath...I soon got over it and love getting stoned once again...sounds like a similar situation to me.. :):stoned:Quote:

In all seriousness though, take a break. If you've been on one for awhile, give it a try again. You'll probably be alright now. Most of it is in your head. I know it can be hard to believe that sometimes, but it's true. Do you get these same problems when you don't smoke? Because if you don't, then it should be pretty obvious that you're only thinking about this 'problem' when you're ripped.
I've been smoking regularly for close to three years now. Somewhere near the one year mark I started having 'panic attacks'. I thought it was because of the weed, but I was just getting unbelievably high (that was some bomb shit). Take a little break. Let your mind clear up. You'll be all good.
