Depends on the size of the pot. You can fit however many will fit, lol.

6-1 gallon pots, or 2 to 4 - 2 gallon pots, or 2-3 gallon pots, or 1 - 5 gallon pot (or larger) The larger the pot, tho...the higher the plant will sit. (takes away from headroom)
With limited headroom, you'll have to decide whether you want more headroom for a maturing plant (permenant in the closet) or more soil capacity. (definatelly going to move soon)
If planning on moving them soon, not likely an issue.
If seeds are not in the ground yet, start them in little "kegger cups" (cheap plastic cups with holes cut in the bottom for adequate drainage Often found at beer keg parties) or a similarly sized cup. They'll be in those cups for at least a few weeks, till rootbound.

Whatever you do, you'll have to keep in mind that you'll need ventilation and a fan on 'em.

So here's another 3 questions:

-I have 5 seeds for each plant, shall i put 1 per cup or more?

-The book i bought is also very specific on the energy of the lights, it sais 40-60 watts per square foot; with all the info i already gave you (2 plants, 5 seeds each, measures of the closet and the fact that i will be moving them out of the closet eventually), which lamps do you suggest?

-For this kind of "amateur" growing, is a fan enough or do you strongly suggest dehumidifiers? Has anyone tried the (as it sais in the book) photo negative generator? is it worth buying ^^ ?

1 seed per cup. Careful when watering, as the seed can migrate. (get washed away) Usually ends-up down the side of the cup, never to be seen again, lol. A slow-gentle mist with a sprayer, to keep soil moist, not wet.

The lighting refrenced is merely a guide. I've a bad habit of cramming as much light in as my ventilation set-up can handle. Hell, I'd put 5 1,000 watters in my shed, if I could get away with it. Altho there is a point of diminishing return, I've never reached it, lol.

If you get a thermometer with a humidity indicator, that will tell you if you need a dehumidifier. (30-45% is where mine lands) You want to keep the humidity down a bit, especially during flower. (mold) But it all depends on your situation. If in a humid locale, like Seattle, Houston, England...likely you'll need one.

A photo negative generator? For removing odors...? Never tried one, but there are ghetto deodorizer projects here on CanCom, somewhere.

Went to find my Rosenthal book, to look for the photo negative generator, and I'll be darned if it's the Mel Frank Growers Guide I've got. It mentions nothing about the contraption.

Is it for humidity, or odors? (I was thinking of a negative ion generator)

If the 'photo negative generator' is that primitive DIY O3 generator... STAY FAR THE FUCK AWAY!!!!! That is what carbon filters are for... and without the risk of DEATH BY RAPID LUNG TISSUE OXIDATION. Yes. It has KILLED growers.
IF you want to run Ozone, there are better ways to do it, like an Ona or Ozium dispenser... you're less likely to die. Oh- plus the electrocution risk.

I never really cared about the odor problem, i mean, my room is always closed practically so it was an extra...

If you have some other kind of product, like spray or something, to suggest, that would be great ^^

Btw, the soil, is normal plain soil good or am i supposed to add something?

Is it "normal plain soil" from your backyard, (dirt) or are you talking about normal potting soil? I've always grown in pots, so...I use potting soil. It's weed-free, usually bug free, somewhat ph balanced, and most of the time, it's ready to use. When I do add stuff, it's limited to some worm castings, (1 tablespoon:gallon of pot size) and a little extra perlite, depending on the potting soil brand.

Backyard soil has bugs, bacteria, weeds, kids toys, lawn furniture... and needs shitloads of ammending.

Would stray away from adding composts and manures, at least till you get familiar with your crop, the soil, your nutrients. Once in, it can't be removed.
