Hi, yes the pictures on the windowsill was just because i couldnt get a clear shot where im growing them, and today i have been to two garden centres and literally all they sell is compost, and there big garden centres (homebase and a local garden centre) i found some potting compost, they had 3 kinds of it- potting compost numbers 1, 2 and 3 but i couldn't find potting SOIL.
Could you please reccomend where i could get this or would the potting compost be ok??

Perhaps the local yellow pages? I'm not sure about the potting compost...is it the John Innis brand? If there is no perlite in it, you'll want to get some to add before use. If it is JI, I'd go with the one that has the least fertilizer. (#1)
yes it was the John Innis brand, cheers ill get some tomorrow, would you reccomend still giving the plants nutrients or should i ease off them for a few weeks?

Likely plant will freak a bit after transplant, getting used to the new digs. Would just give ph'd water (while finding a watering schedule she likes) for first couple of weeks to see what her reaction will be.
For Miracle Grow potting soil, I know the nutes last about a month, but I've never used the JI, which may have a lower or higher concentration. I'm guessing it's a vegetative formula, versus a bloom formula...lol? You'll have to determine additional nutes by plant conditions, but when you do begin a nute regimine, start at a lower dosage, and aim for a max dosage over time. (a couple of weeks, to get both of you used to the nutes)
Dude, do you not have a walmart or something with a garden center nearby?? Walmart for sure carries potting soil. And Walmarts are located in every big and small town.
Wasn't recommending the JI, and am not at all sure if it would even work. But looking at the some of the mixes online, it depends on which product. Providing a link to exactly which product you are thinking about, would help us to help you.
If you can get something without added nutes, it's easier to diagnose ailments and treat the lady without throwing the nute balance further off-kilter. But regardless...get good quality whenever possible, and make sure it's recommended for potted plants. :thumbsup:

thats the john innes potting compost i saw at the garden centre.
and SAP420 no there arent any walmarts where i live, im from england, i dont even think theres one in like the whole country lol, i wish there was tho would make things a whole lot easier. and in all the garden centres i have been to i haven't seen one kind of soil except 'Levington Organic Choice Top Soil' there just all different kinds of compost lol

Altho cannabis prefers it a bit on the acidic side, it's not an acid-loving plant. Will either need to add lime, or go with something else more twords the neutral (7-ish) ph and no added nutes, if possible.
Ok, thanks alot for all the help (Y) and ill get the soil and test the PH of it before i transplant.
And ill post a few pictures up again in a week or so to let you guys see how there doing, hopefully they'l be doing jus fine lol

JI No 12 works well.
By the stretching I would say your lights are too weak and too far from the plants.
Use a crossflow fan to strengthen the stalks or they won't be able to support themselves.
