If you're using a roller, it's unlikely to be too tight. More probable is the possibility that the end of the joint is packed with hash instead of tobacco (assuming you're using tobacco), or you're using skins bought from a store with greasy air.

Well, did you ever figure out what was wrong?
Grind the herb better.
its a little old, but seriously, roll by hand, its an easy skill to learn, you just have to get the technique down, just because you can guage the tightness by the feel, its also really hard to hand roll to tight because you will feel yourself putting a lot of pressure on the paper, and will probably fear ripping it.
too tight, too loose, or too moist.
Yeah, HotCloset beat me to it...Definitely need fire to light it. A lot of people like tight joints though, but there is a point where they are too tight. I usually roll a joint, then roll another paper over it, so it causes at least one of them to burn, the heat will catch the joint and I've never had one go out on me in the 6 years I've been rolling (that I can remember)
the US government sprayed your plants with fire retardant same as they do tobacco.....
LOL Nice:cool:Quote:
