2000 PPM is WAY too high. When the PPM gets too high the plant can't get enough water. I never let mine get over 1300 anymore since I nearly killed some of my plants with 1800 PPM when I was first starting out. Also, as Weedhound said, lower your pH. I run 5.7 in E&F and 5.3 in DWC. As Weedhound also said, it could be a number of things, so just keep flushing for now and narrow things down.
The last picture you posted looks like my plants a couple cycles ago that had root rot that I eventually had to scrap. Check for any slime on your roots and massage any out that is there, but as much as I hate to say it, your plant might be a goner from the looks of it. :(
Also, a DWC bucket system is probably the easiest system to make. I now use DWC to grow all my mature plants after starting clones in E&F and letting their roots grow. All you have to do is take a bucket, make it light proof, cut a hole in the lid for the netpot and put an airstone in the bottom of the bucket. Just make sure the roots are touching the water and viola, a bucket system. It sounds too simple to be true but it works marvelously. Just have to be careful with using sucanat...
Deja mentioned root rot.....I think he's right or at the very least your roots got too dry.....how do the roots look?
Deja when you ran E and F was watering three times a day enough for a plant like that? I just use drip systems......and I know you use E and F when your plants are young.
Harrison you pulled your number back to about 800 right? If thats true and the plant is getting worse anyway (and it certainly appears so from your photo) then most likely Deja is correct and the roots fried either either from overnute, got too dry between waterings or perhaps are jammed together in your bucket and are choking each other off.
Can you put in a photo of your roots?
I run my E&F every 4 hours, so 6 times a day.
I am already a few steps ahead of you... I already started to trim the roots because I figured root rot. The bottom of the plants bed was full of stagnant water :(. I did some research and fount that the probable cause of the plant's suffering was root rot. I have a few pictures for you to check out... Tell me what you think??? Remember there were a lot more roots but I trimmed them off.

P.S. how do you get pictures to show up as an attachment?
all jammed together and brownish.....you need to break apart the rootball and get some oxygen to the roots....carefully....
You need to use either hydrogen peroxide (3% at 2 tsp/gal every other day) or a good quality zyme product and use it asap. Keep your ppm low at 800....watch and adjust ph carefully.
Let us know if you DO see any improvement at all. But Deja was right.....the issue is roots and not enough oxygen.
I keep forgetting to answer the questions.

Go to advanced reply......and down to manage attachments. Click on it to open window and attach photos. You may need 50 posts to do this.....I'm honestly not sure.
good luck.
sorry about the bad pictures (stupid iPhone) that was rockwool above the roots... the roots were hanging out. I cliped most of the roots off because they where dead...
Well my last hope was to trim almost all of the roots off besides the main 4 roots treating her as a huge clone. I stuck her in dirt because that is my normal medium... Wish me luck... I'll keep you posted
