HOW to buy seeds?

There is a law protecting you, because they send no proof that you requested the seeds, you cannot be arrested.

llamaman666, so what is this law and where can i look it up to read about it? i trust you but i like to read official stuff when it comes to that. so i'm very interested in reading about that...

Thats right. Plausible deniability, make sure that they aren't sent using any method that you have to sign for. If you're in the US and something gets put in your mailbox or on your porch you cannot be held responsible. That way if someone shows up asking you to sign for it just tell them you didn't request anything from them. That being said if you're really worried about it you might find someone you trust in a country where seeds are legal and have them reroute them to you.

Kuri, you are not responsible for things you receive in the mail unless they can prove you ordered it. If this weren't the case, I could send some crack to someone I hated and get them arrested. I like the guys who are outta the country, that way if it gets found the logistics in dealing with foreign authorities to obtain records makes it not worth LEO's time. I wouldn't get seeds sent if I had a grow going on in the same location though. But that's just my own personal paranoia.

are there companies where you can get seeds online and they GUARANTEE that they can package the seeds without having them confiscated? i know not to have them sent to where you are growing....however if i had it sent to a P.O. box, they could still find out my address where i live.... any advice or comments about buying seeds online and with who and any safe guarantees, i would appreciate any feedback.
