As for the Darkside... I started in Hydro. this is only my 2nd serious grow so i'm still learning. Now that i've found this forum i kinda wish i started in soil to learn...but i've put so much into hydro and i'm getting pretty decent results (grow#1 was Northern Lights X Skunk #1...the highest i've been since i started toking 10 years ago.) Maybe someday soon i'll do a soil grow to see if it really is less work than hydro. That'd be nice. as it is i spend at least 2 hours a day in the room fussing, tweaking, adjusting, and just staring at them.

I had to leave a comment after viewing those White Rhino buds. It is amazing to see the white crystals on the leaves stemming away from those buds. Those must be some powerful buds indeed! I wish you well on your camping trip, and maybe you should take a bit of a clipping instead of a full harvest, so you can enjoy your trip a bit more while allowing the Rhino to reach its fullest potential?

I woke up to a disaster this morning.

the 2 plants featured in this grow log are fine...but the 3 "ugly stepsisters" in the link above...i think they are trying to commit Botany Suicide.

They've been sick since week 2 of flowering. They were just starting to get better. I woke up this morning to find that somehow my oscillating fan had fallen over during the night and crushed one of them while bending a lot of the branches of the other 2. I'm sure the 2 will be fine, but the crushed one...jesus...the main stem broke in half...i made a splint and a cast to hold it up and it's standing up at the moment... but god damnit. i can't catch a break with these 3 jokers.

Anyways. This crop was meant to be harvested for my camping trip. I would never harvest early. If it isn't ready in time, that's ok cuz i have 4 NL x Skunk#1 that will be ready in plenty of time. I just wanted to bring some Rhino along cuz it's supposed to be pretty strong. You should see the trichomes under 10x. There's billions of them and they all have huge caps on them and they are really close together. i can't wait to see them get even fuller and frostier...they'll look like glass...

crazy. well i'm tired...think i'll go back to bed for a while. what a nightmare.

Your probably better off not taking the Rhino camping...:D...if your rhino turns out like my rhino...

It was pretty tough to focus, but it was fun none the less.

[IMG]http://img504.imageshack.us/img504/9...ino0ua8.th.jpg[/IMG]Hi, im doing my first grow with 8 rhino cutting, 6 seem real bushy short and healthy and 2 seem tall and always look sad and droopy like yours ,mine are on i think day 19 of 12/12 and im pretty new to this on s shoe string buget so venting is not great got temps at 30 pretty much all the time, i got for grapefruits that are loving it all doing fine. using canna terra ve/bloom and this cannazym stuff and just brought some PK13/114 for (not really sure when 3 weeks from harvest?) anyways thx for shareing your pics and info, show us some more soon !

i grew prob 20 rhino plants this year and crossed with black domina its in my current grow growing indoor 09 pictures by mikegreenthumb - Photobucket as far as tips n tricks i dont have to many other than dont over fert its stron heathy short plant that produces great buds not the most consistant phenos may get a a odd one but the smoke is great couch lock brain freeing high that helps alot with my nausia
