Gum is not the best for getting rid of dry mouth as that's a temp. solution. You'll have to keep eating piece after piece, which just dries yourmouth out worse. I'd say 95% of gum these days is sugar-free. Sugar is not bad for you! Instead, they put Aspertane (sp?), an artificial sweetner, which deydrates you even more, thus, drying your mouth out.
So avoid gum. Liquid. :thumbsup:
