Alright im kidding, we met a year ago through this kid the jew (who ended up in a rehab) and went to the same highschool. I don't remember the details, we were probably on drugs. It seems everyone of my 'friends' has had some sort of a problem with using cough medicine everyday...he is currently the only one that still does though.
Yeah, I've had problems with DXM in the past. It started in 9th grade when I'd buy tussin every time I got five bucks.. In tenth grade my grades suffered because I couldn't concentrate on anything because I couldn't get my mind off DXM. Around that time, I came home tripping on third-plateau, (The walk home through the rain was quite an adventure.) my mom found out what I'd been doing, told me how I could've died, blah blah started crying etc. I tried convincing her that I knew what I was doing to no avail. Soon, she'd find everything from sacks of weed, to empty tussin bottles, to a bunch of empty whipped cream cans all the time. I lost her trust. One day, I found out that she had cancer, and that was most of my motivation to quit. I felt (and feel) extremely guilty for any drug use. I still use DXM, but at reasonable intervals to keep a sense of responsibility.
All that aside, I have to say that I have much respect for you. You seem to know exactly what you're talking about, no matter what drug is being discussed. And good luck to Juggalo, I know quitting's a bitch and a half.
i drink a lot of caffine in the day to stay awake... i drink coffee to wake up in the morning i drink 1 or 2 coca-cola (soft drinage) in the afternoon so i have at least 2 or 3 caffinated drinks and all it ever does to me is help me stay awake... i love caffine
caffine is the only reason im not constantly wasted
