Genetics problem?? or??
They look like the soil is pretty soggy- I am a big fan of drilling extra holes in the SIDES of pots for the roots to breathe. Many problems are exacerbated by mucky wet soil. The runty one looks overwatered.
The big plant showed leaf edge curl from heat stress. I'll bet your deck gets awful hot. But it was still healthy.

Genetics problem?? or??
They have been outside since Good Friday, and the pots/buckets do have holes drilled in the sides. I have culled 2 of the 3 Afghani Hundu Kush...this is the only one left. These pics were taken this morning. Even with the transplant and using different soil and nutes, the plant is still wierded out. THe stems on all 3 of them were purple, and the remaining plant still is. None of the other plants I have exhibit these charicteristics. The twins (California Sensimillia) are doing very nicely... a couple weeks into flowering and still growing...both now over 4 feet tall and bushy, the single Arjans Ultra Haze #1 is just starting to flower and is very healthy also. I dunno... all have had the same upbringing.
