You are becoming a man. Soon you will get hair in places you didn't have it before, and you will become interested in girls. Don't be afraid --- it's perfectly natural.Quote:

lol dragon
eat sour patch kids
i notice a deepness to my voice sometimes when i smoke as well, i think it has something to do with the way you talk, if you talk from your gut, like you may when you relax after smoking then your voice will get deeper, if you speak from your throat your voice gets higher, kind of like doing it normally, except it happens naturally while high cause of muscle relaxation, or because you focused on the muscles. And the crackling is probably just because of the driness. if you drink water, then you should be fine, even if you spit, just dont spit the water out. And ive never known it to get so bad as to not being able to talk, maybe your exagerating a bit, or its just really severe.
When i smoke my like nasal passage feels clogged up or something and makes me sound like im sick or have a cold.... its weird.. dono wuts up tho.:stoned:
Wow, three identical threads! :wtf:
Come ON, don't do that. I merged them. Geez.
Okay this is kind of a strange question and btw thanks for merging threads for us moderators.
Ummm ok I would suggest...
-drink water throughout the day to stay hydrated
-don't spit your saliva out when you get cottonmouth; drink water/gatorade instead
The sour candy idea isn't a bad one either and also this is kind of important IMO:
When one smokes it changes one's perception of sound. So a lot of people end up talking quietly and not even realizing they are doing it, when they are high. You might try keeping this in mind, that weed alters your sense of sound, and do a sort of thought experiment with it.
It's kind of funny when people ask "Why does this happen?" I'm guessing it is directly related to you smoking something. Marijuana affects people differently. For instance, whenever I'm really zoned out I grind my teeth. I know I do it when I smoke, I can't stop it... but I know it is from smoking. I also know that if I quit smoking, I will probably grind my teeth less. I don't feel this is annoying enough to make me quit. End of story... end of questions. It's like asking "Why do my cheeks get red when I drink alcohol?" It's probably because that is one way my body copes with the added stimulus. Something you can try when you find your voice acting up... Do a singers warm-up. Start low, and do some like Do-Re-Me-Fa-So-La-Te-Do, going up in pitch... NICE AND LOUD TOO! It could "re-calibrate" your vocal chords. Other than that, quit smoking and have a beautiful voice like a canary... or keep smoking and have a career in Movie Trailer voice-overs.
After you do the Do-Re-Me-Fa-So-La-Te-Do warm up, maybe you could entertain your stoner buddies by doing the whole song from the "Sound of Music." They'd like that.Quote:
