from my reading knowledge federal law over rides all state and local law which seems to be the problem in the courts since medical has been passed.
If adding sugar( in this case sucant, its pure and unbleached) how much would be added to 5 gallons?
fyi, i believe it was during Angel Reich's case before the Supremes that the court ruled that even someone using Cannabis to battle cancer, if caught with only six(6) plants, can be arrested by the feds and locked up in a federal prison! this is not acceptable by any reasonable person.
There is no legal limit of marijuana sick patients can grow according to federal laws, anyone growing marijuana, regardless of reason, is at risk of federal arrest.Quote:
