Question for anyone (KillerWeed looking for you though)
Alright so the powder says that Diets that include 7 grams of soluble fiber per day from psylllium husk, as in Metamucil will have 2.4 grams of soluble fiber per adult dose. Is this what you are talking about? I am taking about 2 times the recommended dosage right now and will continue to do so. Is fiber like vitamins in such a way that after you have so much your body will just reject it and pass it through your urine or feces. Sorry if these are dumb questions just want to make sure that I am completely prepared for whatever comes my way. Thanks in advance

Well you may be seeing the term soluble and getting confused. There are water soluble vitamins like B and C and then there are fat soluble vitamins like A and E. Water soluble vitamins will not accumulate in your system whereas fat soluble vitamins will. There will be a point of diminishing returns by taking too much fiber and you will just have diarrhea. This will be influenced by how much fiber you are getting in your diet to begin with. you should be getting about 30 grams of fiber a day in your diet. 2-4 servings of your powder would be fine. You might could go a little higher.

Alright man thanks for the advice. I will try to stay right on pace with 2 servings per day for a week and bump it up to about 3 per day next week. One more question for you, if you read my first post you will get my smoking history, height, weight, metabolism info. I'm looking for your professional oponion on how long THC might stay in my system. I understand that everyone is different but just looking for a ballpark range on what you think. I have ordered my 1-panel THC tests today so I will have a better understanding about this next week. Any advice would help, thanks.
