Help with computer fans
I just took some old pc's I had and pulled the 12vdc ans out of em, got 2 fans outta 2 pc's, had to rip open the power supplies on them, but four fans I would never use, I found a 12vdc power supply in a junk drawer, it was for a usb hub, rated three amps, each fan pulls about 1/3rd of an amp thats about nine fans possible
on one power supply, wiring is really easy, just 2 maybe 3 wires red black, and sometimes and on one of mine white, black is negative red positive, if you get them backwards the fan just blows backwards, pretty straight forward and easy, hard to mess it up

Help with computer fans
Newegg.com
They have cheap PC fans, way cheaper than any store selling PC parts that I've ever seen (from radioshack to bestbuy to PC specialist stores). You can narrow your selection down by size, price, cfm, brand, and other specs too. Also great because it has user reviews. That links to a rosewill 120mm fan.
Only thing that might throw you off is the shipping, but it's still cheaper than any store I've seen and if you buy two or more fans it gets cheaper still.
Hope this helps some of you out. Also, if you ever want to buy computer parts, go here, it's worth it. Even if you don't plan on buying it there, the user reviews are gold.

Help with computer fans
If you have and extra computer power supply, all you need to do is short 2 pins, and hook the fans up and they're on 24/7.
