I would read over there employee manual to see if randoms or post accident UA's are done.
I didn't sign anything about any kind of testing...I paid attention believe me. I've read the manual backward and forward. As I mentioned in an earlier post it does mention that a medical exam MAY be required and would be paid for by the company. That's the only thing remotely close in all the paper work and nothing has been mentioned by any of the other employees.
Like I said, on the company website there is a seperate section for driver positions that does include a pre and random UA consent form(as required by DOT)...I'm not a driver and wasn't given that form.
I know nobody can say for sure, but it sure doesn't seem like I am going to be subject to any kind of testing....

I would say you're right. I still think I would keep some QF handy though just in case.

I would ask somebody that you work with. It sounds like there are no UA's there, but to take the worry away I would ask somebody. Not like..."Hey man, do I have to get a drug test?", more like "Hey, I'm surprised I wasn't given a drug test and physical." That way the person will answer you, without you actually asking. Unless they are some sod that has the personality of a flea and they don't reply. Just an idea... I was worried about what type of drug test I was going to be given so I told one of the staff I was frightened of blood tests, to which they replied, "Oh no, it's just a urine test." I felt relieved, without being obvious. By the way, I passed using UltraKlean, which I think is the same as Q.F.
