I don't know what "ghosting" a hit is, but he makes a valid point on depriving his brain of oxygen. Many people make the common mistake of holding it as long as they can, which is completely unecessary and much worse on your lungs. Some signs of being really, really, really high (for me at least) are:
1. feelin' scary high. Like you say to yourself "O shit, I might be a little too high"

4. colored visuals and people turning into trolls at reggae concerts.
5. feel like you are about to have a panic attack, extremely paranoid, short of breath.
These rarely, rarely ever happen to me anymore as my tolerance is far, far too high. But when I first started smoking, I would know I was fucked when I got those signs listed above.

Eheh Im pretty aware of the absorbtion times and such and know its unhealthy, but sometimes its kinda fun to do because i always have flashbacks for the few seconds im out.
i'm more of a joint smoker,i don't get any more stoned ripping a bong,pipe or bucket than smoking a joint,i just get stoned quicker,but never feel satisfied and allways feel i need a joint straight after.
