wow ive never heard of getting a ticket for possession... here you get arrested... did you get arrested or what?

If the ticket is for possession then there are some clear legals steps that must be taken for it to stick.
#1 weed found and confiscated
#2 weighed in your presence
#3 you sign an agreement stating you witnesssed the weigh and agree it was yours.
without all that its not gonna stick and I question the cop even trying since he knows that. What country you in?

uhmm...........none of that shit happened to me......i didn't have to sign shit, it wasn't weighed in my presence....only shit was found and confinscated and i admitted it was mine to keep my bro and friend from taking the fall with me. but yea it stuck...and that shit is still fucking with me over a year later....

they didnt find weed or give you a drug test so where is the proof you did it.

I know someone who was wrongfully searched and the cop found a QP of weed in his car. He had no warrant or just cause to search him so the guy took it to court with a lawyer and all charges were dropped.

If you can afford one get a lawyer. Even though you SHOULD be golden, a lawyer knows all the right things to say. Basically, if he didn't take anything, or administer a drug test, he has nothing to accuse you of. If you were driving poorly, then he would site you with reckless, if you were speeding, then speeding. If he saw you smoking than thats a different story. However (at least in my state) it needs to weigh I think a gram or more to be possession. Otherwise its paraphenalia. The burden of proof is on the state, but you have to plead innocent for him to PROVE that you did it. Best of luck to you.
