Another great organization is MPP. They specifically go to Washington to lobby in our favor, and ASA which is more medically specified, I love all of these groups :) I am, however, a bit dismay as to why NORML does not support the California Cannabis Hemp & Health Initiative 2008 to go on the ballot for this November's election, that if voted in, would completely legalize marijuana in California. I understand it is a long shot, but why not support this? The worst that could happen is it looses, but causes everyone in California to start talk about legalization. We are never going to get legalization in this country if we don't start getting legalization laws submitted to our government lawyers to argue over. Nothing would be lost from this bill, it should be supported!
