I know a pipe would be a better way to go. I was just using this because I couldn't be seen openly hitting a bowl, but a "cigarette" would be fine.

there are rolling machines complete with filters

add a lil tobbacco to the exposed end, then it'll pass for a generic cigarette

I did this a few winters back so I could smoke during the intermissions of Broadway shows. Got to the The Producers, Rent, and Avenue Q baked out of mind with a session during intermission at each. Good times. Nothing like a little adrenaline during a toke.
