It's called PolyShield.
Yup, that's the one. And yeah, I get paid to drink and play music while watching girls shake their asses. And if I play the right songs they'll ask me to dance with 'em. Frankly, I don't think there's a better job in the world.
What about through solid concrete, like inside a Fruit Room(food storage) turned into a Grow Room?
If it's a basement, you'll be fine, and if the concrete's a foot thick I'd say the same.
That poly shield you are talking about is a thermal shield against cold and intrusives like that, that can permiate your room due to not being sealed well. The poly shield is not a barrier against FLIR.
Ga Grown!
Anyone got any links on the matter? Id really like to be sure that im safe within the concrete.
let me shed some light on the heat detecting helicopters situation. yes, the supreme court ruled that anything that lets you see into a house without a warrant is illegal. yes, helicopters are not supposed to fly around with heat detection devises, BUT THEY DO AND ILL EXPLAIN WHY. see, this is post 9/11 people, the nsa scans the entire internet for gods sakes, its illegal, but they do it. they DO fly heat detection helis over certain areas, but they are looking for people making bombs, meth labs, grow ops, you name it, not just weed, they are checking for everything, and they do it in the name of stopping terrorism (they touched on this in weeds you know). i would guess they have special radiation detectors too. now, if they find something that looks like a bomb factory, they can use that heat evidence with no warrant, because it pertains to terrorism. if they find anythign short of terrorist activity, they need a warrant, but you cant go get a warrant based on evidence that you would have had to have a warrant to get in the first place, so this is the sketchy part; the cops will lie, they will get some homeless dude to say he saw you carry a plant inside your house and thats all they need. theyll never mention the copter in trial, youll never even know thats how they really got you unless they are sloppy, which sometimes is the case.
now, im sorry i had to scare you like that but heres the good part; anything short of your entire house being packed with 1k lights isnt going to tip off the popo. they just look like normal lights, its even more hard to tell if they are air cooled with reflective hoods because it spreads out the heat signature. i would guess even if they knew for dead certain you were growing they wouldnt go after you unless it was A LOT of lights, like one or two or three wouldnt even do it. these are the dudes looking for terrorists they have way bigger fish to fry, plus heli fuel is insanely expensive these days so the "black helicopters" are flying in a lot less places and less frequently now.
in my 10 years of going on cannabis websites i have never once herd of anyone being busted from heat signature.
how can helliocops tell if this is a meth lab or not?Quote:
