Big Bear, Mammoth, Sierra's...guess it just depends on how far you want to drive.

or should i just go to las vegas???

what with global warming, the weather is going to always be extreme here now. notice every summer is hotter than the last? and lasts longer? its almost as if winter doesnt exist here anymore.

im actually stunned it rained a little bit in so cal finally.

San Diego! Great zoo, museums and all in Balboa Park. Ocean is right there, snow an hour's drive away. And I preferred PB (Pacific Beach), Geo. I hung with the Warlock Shop stoners- I wonder where Richard, Corny, Mom, Kay and all the rest of them are? High old times! - Granny:hippy:

balboa park is fun! its really nice at night, though the museums arent open. but theres awesome architecture. last time i was there i saw a huge white owl perched way up on top of this tower type thing. it was cool.

santa barbara is awesome

oh and check out some of the Moca museums in LA, theyre amazing MOCA
