Ojitos
From the threads you have posted I thought there is a bit of advice I think you may need to consider. From a lot of reading on growing I see there is two main pitfals people oftentrip on "over loving your plant" & "over rushing it to finish". Ive said before you have a plant that could be worthwhile but even up to the last day of curing if you fall foul of the two pitfals I mentioned you can end up with a poor result.

i agree with you also, you can top any new growth.......but i think (my opinion) would be to first top the main stem so two more grow in its place, then you can top that new growth also after letting it heal. im a fan of topping, i like my ladies bushy :giggity:

Bushy is one thing, but its normally carried out in a controlled manner to encourage multiple upright growth resulting in hopefully many mainstems thick in bud. A bushy old leafy plant is about as much use for smoking as hemp toilet paper.
As an example 21 colas from 4 plants using FIM

ojitos - Wrap some duct tape, paper, whatever, around your cup. You don't want light getting to your roots. Did you put drain holes in the cup? You need good drainage. How big is that cfl? You may be a tad close to the light.
