i have a hps light and ballast and im still not sure on getting a envirolight for veg or buy a mh bulb the mh.
i can get the envirolight for £20 in a store and the mh for 15 online but i dont want to buy online so im stuck
make sure your ballast is interchangable (conversion) if you're buying a mh bulb. if it isn't, get cfl's, get an envirolite. not going to be a whole lot
My ballast says it can take son-t/Mh which i tkae as metal halide
