I read somewhere that if ur in ur room enuff the CO2 that we breath out can be enuff to raise the levels, enuff for better growth,

Well, bought CO2 would be more efficient than the CO2 that we breath out. You could design an air intake and outtake ventilation system (air from the outside, used air returns back outside) so that that the air could be steadily replenished with fresh CO2. Also, you would need a carbon filter to cleanse the air of any fine dust. This is the system I will be using in the near future.

you can raise co2 levels with baking soda and vinegar, or course you would have to do that multiple times a day, but at least it is something. also, if you put a candle INSIDE an empty coffee can (for protection) the candle using up oxygen and lets out co2. make sure you are around your grow area when doing this and that the candle in the can is in a safe place. and breathing and sighing on your plants when checking them out always helps.
i would mention sugar/water/yeast as making co2 also, but the yeast is VERY bad idea especially when working around hydroponic as those yeasts love water to multiply and you system could get a yeast infection.

Thanks man, will work on a more efficient air intake/outtake system, n work on getting some kind of filter,
is a filter realy that important as im not fussed about the smell.
Thx for the advice.

The carbon filter will clean any fine dust in the air, so that it doesn't stick to any trichomes (glands).

If I were you, I'd transfer my plants to a hydroponic system so that I could speed up growth by 300%, but's that's me. But since you're new, I'd start off in soil, but on the side, study up on hydroponics. In hydroponics, if you don't know what you're doing, your plants can die quickly.

Ive had a good read into hydro i dont realy have the space to have a hydro setup, but ive got a bubler thats not in use yet got all the equiptment there ready for when i feel up to it , ive got the OXY POT if uve heard of it what u think about it.
I was told when i bought it, that plants grow very very fast in it so long as the nutrient solution is right and the right PH,
Any advice on the oxy pot is welcome thx m8

It seems kinda cool, plus it's cheap. Yeah, start of with that when you get ready, then when you get more room, you can get a 18 or greater U.S. gallon "rubbermaid" container, grow three plants in it with an air stone per plant.

aye im gonna try this one out on the next grow coz at the min ive used the container for a kind of reserviour to mix up 20 liters of water and my nutes its just about empty now gonna clean it and mix a fresh lot for the flowering stage,
i allways keep a air stone in there puming away in the water is this any good ?
. what u think of pumping directly into the bottom of the pot thro the soil ??
