My only thought with the constantly wet leaves is.....wet leaves under a strong light will burn. I don't think it has anything to do with nutes....I think it's just wet leaves under a strong light.. :)

Nice looking grow, Reaper. That plant you took out of the soil is looking real good!
PC :smokin:
you're absolutely correct, water on leaves magnifies and burns plants ... now, if I could just figure out why 5 days of soaked leaves, and full-strength nutes, didn't screw her up any worse, than what they did :wtf: ... I'm guessing they 'got a pass' this time, because I backed my lamp off so far (at 28" now, lowered it a few inches today, and will put the dome back over the clone) ... after my light-bleaching scare, I've backed off the lighting distance, maybe too much ... :jointsmile:Quote:

Looks good reaper.....are you using a zyme product or H202 for your roots?
I'm using the included General Hydroponics 3-part nutrients, Cal-Mag+, dab of molasses, and added a little Earth Juice 'Catalyst' for some organic activity ... I wasn't expecting the light-bleaching, I'm so used to using fluoro-tubes just barely above the canopy ... I bought the 400-watt setup, and have just been getting closer and closer ... :D ... didn't catch on to what was happening until it was too late, the seedlings were white as printer paper, and stunted for weeks ... that hydro plant in the pic is 7 weeks from seed ! :wtf: ... I should toss her, and start over with my 5 new seedlings , but she fought so hard, and is showing so much promise, she is getting a break ... I wish I had room to maintain her as a mother, she has shown outstanding stress resistance and heavy pre-flowering ... :smokin:
Because your light was back. I am a big fan of pulling your lights back in the beginning for several reasons. For one, the closer your light is to your plants, the more right on your PH and nutrients must be. If I put fresh clones under my 600W HPS, or even my 400 MH, I make sure the light is a few feet back to start.Quote:

Ps....I know reaper LOVES superthrive....:D
