Anyone here into photography?

I like photography, but... I dont have a decent camera and it gets expensive to go get those cheap little disposables developed all the time :(... I really want a digital camera, once I get one I'll be snapping pictures left and right.:thumbsup:

ive Been wanting to Buy one of those for a long time.. i have a NIkon D70 Now though.. so i donno if i would still buy one..

thanks for the responses. NICE pics Void. I figured it would take some nice ones since Canon is/was an excellent camera. yeah its wierd to find it. I was getting out of the car and went to empty my ashtray in the dumpster and there was like 50 hefty bags of trash since the garbage people havent been paid by the landlord. I actually almost didnt see it thinking it was a bag of trash cause it was in a black camera bag but looked like a garbage bag, but then realized our neighbors had thrown out a bunch of stuff (big screen tv, ent. center and a bunch of other shit. hell i would have had to hire a search party to go through all that shit. they may have accidentally threw it out and didnt know it, then again they are always arguing and fighting so someone may have thrown it out on purpose to piss someone off. Who knows maybe dude next door was taking porno pics of another woman:D and wifey found out:wtf:...who knows? Anyhoo, somebodys loss, my gain:thumbsup: So it looks like its off to the highest bidder i guess on fleabay cause i had it on craigslist but no responses. i had it all listed for 150 bucks but shit id be satisfied to get 100 bucks for it as i saw a nice 7.0MP GE digital at walgreens believe it or not for 99 bucks, just not too sure about the GE digitals. The one i saw is below.

and i'm still stoked how you just found that camera set. i would fucking shit myself if i found that. i mean i already own it, but like..i dunno. actually right now my winder is broken i have to order a replacement peice off the net.

GE stands for General Electric. They usually make good products like microwaves, tvs and whatnot, but I had no idea they made cameras. Man, me and my daughter are forever finding shit. She has found 2 cell phones, a 20 dollar bill, cd's. I always look down when im walking cause i know someone is always dropping something. Last thing i found was an unopened pack of Newports in the gas station about 3 months ago.:) Bitch of it was i was coming out and had just bought a pack:wtf:

The AE-1 was the rage back in the 70's - my dad bought one new, and I inherited it. It is a very nice camera setup, albeit way outdated, but takes excellent SLR images. I used mine up until about 2000, when I finally got into the digital revolution. Congrats on the find. However, with the setup being so old, 100 bucks is about what it would go for with everything included.
