Looking good Blink.
You enhancing with SuperThrive? I wont grow in dirt without it. :)
If not, get some and you will get that extra kick you are looking for without fear of burning.

Blink - I start my clones on 1/4 nutes just a couple days after I transplant them. The clones are a lot tougher than seedlings. You don't have to wait so long to start them on nutes.Quote:

Tonight they feed.
Blink - If I were you I would now cut off all the rest of the dead and dying leaves left over from cloning. There's no need for the plant to support that growth anymore - the energy is better spent on new growth. When I transplant the first time (from cloner to medium), I cut every bit of brown and yellow off of every leaf - actually trim the leaves themselves. That usually stops the yellowing except in bigger fan leaves. It also encourages more rapid new growth. As the old growth dies off, trim or cut off as it yellows.
I transplant using B1 and a drop of Superthrive then let the cups get kinda dry for 1-3 days, then either B1 or 1/4 nutes for the second watering, then, unless the plants just look like they need more babying, 1/4 nutes for a couple waterings then 1/2 nutes for a couple waterings then full veg nutes.

Where do I get Superthrive? Can I get it in Canada? Home depot, nurseries, or hydro store?
They got 1/8 strength feeding and seem to be doing well this morning.
I will trim the brown off the leaves today and will post some pics tonight.
They are going into flower on Wed next week and I have a pot question....
Will a 6" pot last the 7 weeks flower cycle without becoming rootbound? Keep in mind there is very little veg time. I think they will but I need the reassurance as i don't want to have to transplant to 8" 4 weeks in. Plus I won't have enough room if I move to 8" or larger.
Anyway, i appreciate the comments and support of the group. Thanks.
Lowe's and Home dePot carry Superthrive. You use Superthrive by the drop, so the tiny bottle will last you a long time.

Here they are.
8 days growth. browning seems to have stopped and most browning has been trimmed off. Canopy is pretty consistent. Only 2 of the 50 have died.
I will keep the best 4 of the bunch to form new moms.
Temps 74F Humidity 62%
5 more days and they go into flower.
Do you think a 6" pot would suffice for the 7 week flower?
Any opinions welcome.
Transplanted to 6" nursery pots today.
In a standard indoor potting soil with 3:1:1 perlite and vermiculite.
One time 20-20-20 at 1/8 dose with 1 tbsp/gal molasses. Botincare from now on.
49 of them under 400HPS about 18" above the canopy. I am wonder ing if a batwing deflector would siut me better as opposed to the box I have now.
new leaf growth is healthy
77F and 54% RH
They are so small it's hard to imagine ath they will yeild anything at all.
Pics in a week or so.
Huh? You talkin to me?Quote:
