How to tell a girl

Just make a move after you have been hanging out a few times? Somehow I have always thought that if she doesn't like you that way she will really be upset or something... just shows what baggage my socialization gave me...

I've always found direct words work best for me. Don't be nervous, being nervous makes you look weak. Just say summit like "Hey, you're pretty chill we should hang out sometime" and see where it goes from there.

actions speak louder than words, so ask her out on a casual outing, maybe try to land a kiss and maybe then you'll know then instead of telling her how you feel.

No seriously, just talk to her. I'm not the best person to ask though, I have entirely the same problem.

Dude i feel you. I hate asking girls out, much rather prefer it if they came to me with a blunt, but the advice given here is very good.
