no, actually the note was originally about him thinking of leaving nirvana, then it got changed into a suicide note. with differnent handwriting. the book never said anyhting about courtneys handwriting. but there was also a pro wrestler that told to press couretney offered him 500,000 dollars to kill him. very shortly after he was found murdered. yeah i think the needle was still in his arm???? damn i cant remember that exactly.
