Black & Milds have a white paper inside of them. For some reason the football players at my school take them out and call it the "cancer paper." They don't re-roll with weed though. They just pack the tobacco in.

YES, it makes the blunts taste really harsh, that why i roll j's, if you roll a blunt w/o the paper and the bacco and you roll a blunt with out removing anything else but the bacco you can tell the dif. the paper makes your throat feel like its on fire when you take hits.
