notice how they say 'filtered' tar is in any burning substance tobacco or not, it just the filter helps out for cigs... jay's jsut dont have filters most the time thats only reason why they can say that sentence, this problem could be erased if they would jsut legalize... a lot of these so called problems could be erased leaving maybe only 2-3 true concerns about smoke affecting the lungs or sumthing
