I think that's only for manual labor jobs, I remember when I was at a moving company doing work the supervisors would make us stop every 2 hours and just chill for a bit

In our state i think it's for every 7 hours they are required to give you a break. However as was mentioned before, If you work in the restaraunt industry, that doesnt always happen. They have a tendency to be more concerned about the money being brought in and keeping the place running good than the well being of the employees

I am a nightshift forman and work from like 4:20pm till 2:20 am everyday, somedays i work all night from 4:20pm till 6:20 am..... Its rough...

WORK!!!!!!!!!! I hate it! And yea 10 min break for a 10 hour working day is B.S. for sure! I work at an accounting firm 4 hours a day, five days a week! Its like workin 8 hours a day, but hey at least i make my own hours and I'm makin $19 an hour!
