by english do you mean actually english, or american? lol... cuz american dishes aren't even american.. nearly all are partially or majorly borrowed from other cultures....

I'm not a big fan of rice.
I eat some form of pizza, wether it's actual pizza or hot pockets or pizza rolls, several times a week

Oh but you can cook rice with spices and herbs and liquids and give it an extra kicks in flavor! My lady cooks about 30 different kinds of rices and I love them all. Eating chicken and rice daily is part of my diet and prepared in a fun way, it never gets boring!

ima guess she whips this stuff up just by eyeing it/tasting it and knowing what to do?
that's how i cook so no two meals are ever the same unless it's a recipe someone's asked for me to repeat.... meals that are the same are boring... it's the ability to just go with a basic idea of what you want it to taste like and season it from there that keeps dinner a thing to look forward to..... well imo....
recently tho i've started making chicken fried pork chops with homemade cream/country gravey.... i love it.... my brotehr loved it... hell even the wife loved it and she hates meat lol....

Frito Pie
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
1 can (10 oz.) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 package (10 oz.) regular size Fritos
2 cans (1 pound, 8 oz. each) chili without beans or about 5 cups homemade chili
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Spray a medium-size baking dish with non-stick spray. Combine the cheese and tomatoes in a saucepan (or see note below to use the microwave) and heat slowly until the cheese melts. Heat the chili in another saucepan.
Place half the Fritos in the baking dish. Spoon half the chili over the Fritos. Cover with a layer of cheese sauce. (There will be cheese sauce left over to use as a dip.) Scatter the remaining Fritos over the cheese. Cover with the rest of the chili and sprinkle with the shredded cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
sound delicious!, Im gonna make this sometime in the next week :)

Mine would have to be cereal, particularly Cheerios, which I eat six days a week for breakfast. Tuna salad is probably a tie with that. That's what I tend to eat at lunchtime.
