I fear vampires therefore I eat garlic.
One of the best things on earth.
When I was a kid and I got sick my Mom would give me garlic pills.
Other than that it is ok, nothing to wright home about for me anyway.
Garlic is great, whether I am eating whole cloves of it raw or making sauce.
I love garlic. It makes everything better. Roasted whole garlic cloves that are a bit caramelized, spread on toast with butter, are like an orgasm for your mouth. I can't stand to cook them- it just makes my mouth water and the waiting is like TORTURE.
I set my toaster oven on fire last month roasting garlic actually. Some olive oil leaked out of the tinfoil and FOOSH! Thing still works too. Gotta love the older stuff- $5 for a nice 80s vintage, American manufactured toaster oven at Salvation Army, set it on fire, and it STILL won't die.
Garlic bread is sooooo nice, and so are garlic mushrooms!
I blew my toaster up once, a bit of bread got stuck, so me being the idiot i am i got a knife, shoved it in and blew all the fuses, and melted the plastic handle haha! The toast was worth it though. It was an olddd toaster anyway, like 15+ years. I've recently had to get a new kettle too, the last one started leaking out of the bottom.Quote:

It works the other way round too. They did some thing on TV with people standing in buckets of mashed garlic and their breath smelled of it, even though they haddnt eaten any.Quote:
