Hey Zim, Veg is the begining stages for your plant (after germination) it will be in this stage for 3 to 5 weeks i think, its when your plant needs to be on 24/0 (24hours of light) you will need the cool whites for this stage around the 5900k from 42-105w.For flowering (after you have sexed your plant) you need 42-105w & 2900k warm whites and they will need to be on 12/12.. I am kinda of new too, but like everyone said lots of reading helps.... There is some REALLY interesting stuff on here!!!!!
