I drove to West Virginia on a U.S. route. I went straight over Mount Monterey, and, at the top, it was beautiful.

dude i used to live in west virginia, absolutely beautiful country man, and the people are so friendly, you'll just strike up a convo wit sum random person on the street. not lyk here in new york... people just kinda glare

WVU is sick. A high school buddy of mine lives in Morgantown and we party down there form time to time. Nothing beats Ohio State on a Michigan home game though. Other days, so/so... We have a great bar scene because we're right in the middle of a big(er) city, big house parties, 20+ kegs, but since Karen Holbrook took over they cracked down on the "close off the street" type parties. Big football games or special occasions like senior crawl you'll get that atmosphere.
i was born and raised in charleston,, but i got out of that place as fast as i could,, and i dont plan on going back.
