I love the taste of coffee but I can barely drink it, weird huh. Almost every time I have a cup of it I become extremely gittery and my stomach turns inside out so I am full of energy but I have to sit down to keep from getting a panic attack. Now I can drink a ton of diet coke or energy drinks and get the same amount of caffeine and not become gittery. My body must be more sensitive to the caffeine from coffee than other sources, who knows. It might be the other xanthines in it that I am overly sensitive to.
There is a new coffee that sells for $200 a pound.
i'm the same way, but after it's been in me awhile (crash)Quote:

heard about it long ago, and why people would pay that much for basicly, shit.. i have no idea.
That's not it. It is a Peruvian coffee bean that doesn't go through cats. I can't remember the name but that's not it.Quote:

and damn i was sure that was what you're were talking about.... 2nd most ridiculous priced coffee bean i've heard of so far.
edit: i see you changed it from bird to cat... HAH! you don't know wtf that thing is etiher.
Monkey, bird, cat, chubacabra, I'm not drinking any coffee pressed from a bean that has been through the digestive tract of an animal. Well maybe Scarlett Johansson.
im definately gonna need some espresso tommorow morning or noonish depending on when i wake up
They call them civet-cats because cats are what they most resemble, even though they belong to a slightly different family and genus from felidae.
I'd watch out for the civet-cat coffee (not that anyone can afford it anyway). Those animals are the ones that have been associated with the SARS virus! Yet another reason to drink Diet Coke. . . .
