Growing Clones Fimed
The clones were clipped off the mother plant. I cut what i want off the mother plant and then put them under water where I make a 45 degree cut on the stem with a new razor. Then dip them in 'Clonex" and then put them in rockwool which I have soaked in distilled water. I just poke a small hole in the rockwool, enough to accept the stem I am inserting.
Then I use Lettuce containers from Costco, after I have eaten the lettuce of course. They make a nice little greenhouse. Flip the top over on them and it is perfect. Mist them with distilled water, keep them in shaded light. I have a nice room with a skylight

Mist them often with the distilled water. Wait for their leaves to perk up. Misting always, Start removing the top of the container to start hardening them up for the real world. It works for me! Then I transplant into a small pot and then to a 6-8 pot. These girls are 23 days old. I have given them no ferts yet. I always give them 30 days before I start to very gently feed them, by that I mean cut in half and the cut in half again whatever your fert says you should feed them. The Juicy fruit has roots everywhere but. They are very tender and easily burned by ferts.

I do not think you should push clones! I will post some pictures of Clones that I have that are kinda interesting. I did not FIM those girls though. It is interesting how they are growing

Hope this helps. I did notice that when I trimmed the girls that growth did slow down quite a lot.
