Thank you folks for your kind words. My yaya lived to a very very ripe old age and left behind a lot of happy memories.
This was the first Greek Orthodox funeral I've ever attended and it was a truly beautiful service, warm and kind.

Stinky,
It may have been inappropriate for me to speak of a GPS in a thread concerning your loss.
My sincere apoligies, I was just trying to help.
Much regards,

Sorry about your loss stinky. (Big Hug) I was starting to worry about you too. I'm glad I saw this thread. Hope to see you soon.
No no, it wasn't inappropriate at all. Actually I have a compass stuck to the inside of my windshield and usually that's plenty, but I was in someone else's car.
Hey Stinkers - My condolences. There's nothing going to take away your sorrow right now... and, the truth be told, you wouldn't want anything to.
But one day the memories will bring a smile instead of a tear, and that is what life is all about.

Sorry my friend, I did not realize it was a close relative, so please forgive my frivolity... I'm glad the service was nice, albeit long! I'd hoped to meet up with you afterward but it sounds like it was a long enough day for you. I hope we can get together again before Sept and the busy fall rush!
Ah Demeter don't worry. It was quite a weekend... it has been quite a week all around. Talk to ya soon!
Glad your back and everything is ok:hippy:
I'm sorry, love. I hope you and you're family are doing well. Best wishes, hon. We're all here for you and if you ever need to talk, come and find me =]
