The man just lied right from his own mouth. He cannot be trusted. Suddenly in 2003, he has a totally different opinion about Iraq?
Well, at least what he said about the failure of a US occupation has come true so he did tell us the truth partially. And the US pretty much did all the fighting themselves. The Brits didn't really do much anyway, so Cheney was right by saying that we would have been all alone. He was also right on how the Arab countries won't be involved.
Either Cheney is just a real evil motherfucker, or he has severe mood swings.
If that is the case, he probably wipes his ass with one brand of toilet paper one week, and a different brand the next.
