I feel that. There's no reason everyone should go down. We usually decide by who has the most to lose. You can't put a price on freedom but for some, the consequences can be much harsher, especially if you already have a record or if you're on papers.

wow that really suxx...i got busted at a party once when i lived in virginia alls i had was a joint and the one we were smokn but he didnt charge with that one just the one in my pocket...they came down kinda ruff but not bad...i had 24 hours of cs (all i did was 8 the guy at the organization knew me) 4 hours of drug classes ( easy as hell) and lost license for 6 monthes (but that was cool cuz i didnt need one at the time i could walk to work and school was also walkin distance but my friend would take me cuz my car was totalled neway)...all good now

I think its obstruction of justice and tampering with evidence and I'm pretty sure they are felonies and not a misdemeanor like having a blunt.

I cant cant belive that cop let you drive home though, i dont know the laws in the us very well but here in the uk theres a law says u cant drive under the influence and im pretty sure theyll have it in us aswell?? who knows maby he let u off becoz u didnt appear to be tht high?? im sure he wouldnt have let you drive off baked though lol

yea we told my friend to try and eat it but either way we were fucked cuz we had another blunt in a box of swisher sweets...so it was futile...trust me if we didnt have all our clothes lying around i would of deff ran from those pigs..no doubt..haha

Yeah you were pretty much fucked right there. However, you said your friend was underage? Well on NORML for Florida it says 20g or less is a misdemeanor punishable by 1 year in the can. Does this apply for minors, or is it different? My friend who is 17 got busted for possession and all he got was community service.
