I think most Iraqs would agree with you.Its quiet puzziling of why they didnt plan the war better because when you see dick cheney talk about the first Iraq war and why they didnt go into Baghdad he knew the problems back then.So if he knew back then why didnt they plan for it now.Its very strange..........
