Oh I blame them they agreed to produce for those who cant produce for them selves, back in January and now they have gotten scared. Our government is soposed to be a leader for the people and have the peoples back. They do not; we the people of NM have run things our way from before it was a state in 1912, and have carried on till the present. This shows the majority of the people running our state are not New Mexicans but out siders who still fear. This could get ugly, in Cali what happens when a grow op gets raided; nothing to serious some fines mabey some jail, here when a grow op gets raided I see peolpe from here fighting for the right, I fear they will come with force as always and we will fight back with force as always. The bill is only for those who are sick and dieing right now but in the future we hope to change the bill for more illnesses what happens when a farmer is raided buy the DEA and he has the option to fight back?? Sick people often can only fight with paper but here even the children are taght when hit you hit back, and when you foe is down you destroy it. They have dealt us with a fixed deck, and now its just a matter of time.

So howdoes it work in other states? If the government doesnt grow who does cause here only 4 matur plants total are allowed you cant supply but 1 or 2 people with that? Who grows all this herb in Cali for the people??

I think that the Cali growers pretty much make up their own rules, and just put up with getting busted now and then. There's this famous guy in Berkeley who was growing cannabis for medical patients in his basement, but was also growing or transporting some psychedelic plants, and they supposedly busted him for the psychedelic stuff but not the cannabis. A lot of the ways that law enforcement deals with the laws probably has a lot to do with how the general population (hence juries) feel about the situation. Being peaceful but determined is important, because no matter what the situation, if you injure a federal law enforcement officer, you will be up shit creek or in the next world. I believe that in Cali, even though the growers are busted by federal officials, the State of Cali usually determines if they go to jail, so they don't, at least after all the law crap is over with. So don't worry, New Mexico should be responsible for your safety and welfare.

Our governor sent a letter to Bush sayin he should be more compationet and worrie about meph and haroin and not medical marijuana. He said he wants federal compasion so their are not any trouble about NM growing for the people. This Governer of ours is always impressing me hes running for US prez and not in the state much but he still got our back. I recomend looking up our NM governor Bill Richardson, it might sway your vote prezz in his favor. I know hes got my vote, the biggest resone is he know how to run our country, I think.

Read the article and I must say, if the bill passes to where chrons/Hidradenitous Suppurativa patents can recieve MJ for pain relief, I will probubly move from here in Dallas to NM. I completely agree what does impress me about him is what other leaders of the world think of him. He meet with sadam durring the gulf coflict and no one was killed , he even openly disrespected sadam and did not appologize for it. Also N. Korea will not talk to anyone but him. Other leaders know hes a proven negotioator, and when asked would you sit and talk with Bin Laden his answer was what for we would be put in a room and the whole time we would be trying to kill each other. Hes not affraid to fight but he knows all fights are not physical.

Plus, he was drafted by the Kansas City A's in 1966. Oh, sorry, that's false.
